Dave, until you figure out the proper IP setup for SPF, for now, I 
recommend to relax your SPF policy using a ~ALL (SoftFail) or ?ALL 
(Unknown) policy.  By using the -ALL HardFail policy, it causes the email 
to be rejected if the IP rules are not correct.   For now, change it.  We 
can look over the setup again to see what SPF rule will cover a hardfail 
reliably.
