Hello Sean.

"Please" ...be aware that you are misquoting me.

The title of my message Sean, was about the use of Qmodem Pro95
as a communications program for both a dial up BBS, as well
telnet to a BBS via the Internet .

As I also run a radio BBS, accessed via only radio, I am always
interested in communications programs like Qmodem Pro95 as it can
access all three ways...." dial up" "Internet telnet"
and "radio RF".

In fact, since you seemed to have misquoted me, and I suspect
with offline readers it is easy to do with " > " and whatever, but
I do network to other radio bbses via Internet, and making whatever
I have know to whomever is interested.

As for security reasons, well that is not my thinking, as "rf"
links are monitored, and one needs not only a password, but
permission and licenced to do so.

I really have no idea what new BBSes are or are not...
whatever you were quoting in reply to me.

All my folks I chat with, via RF ..or radio, have asked me to
setup the QWKmail program for exactly what you are saying.
I see big charity interests also switching from a BBS program to
a website and becoming what you call an ISP, while trying to make
everyone believe they are a BBS via Internet.

I had a big BBS near me,actually inform me via email that
they were dropping the Wildcat BBS Intranet and going with a more
secure site, and telling me, that I would have
to adjust my browser accordingly ... I told them I wouldn't be
bothering..and haven't been back since.

QWKmail readers, are great..but I also think it also becomes
confusing when I read text attributed to myself, and I must say
this is the first case...
