So tell me, who is being pleased by having the modem change to
a different speed to what you just issued the ATZ at? Certainly
no terminal (VT100 etc) nor comms program (Telix, Binkley etc)
that I know of. I said this before, and you didn't respond to
that bit. I assumed that was because you didn't know of any
terminals or comms programs that shifted speed (to the speed of
last AT&W) after issuing an ATZ. BFN. Paul.
