Do you really think that can happen until she is ready to give it
up voluntarily with people working behind the scenes stacking the
deck in her favor?  The state board knows that all this is going
on, it just doesn't care as long as the center is running well.
And even if she did give up the presidency it would be to her
hand picked successor.
