Well: I was riding and working with Straw since his owner was out of town..
he's turned to garbage again.. not working him anymore. May never ride him
again since it was so frustrating to get on him and know he's turned to
garabage again.
There's a HUGE horse named coffee.. he's about 16.3 or so and about 1500 lbs
as noted when he stepped on my foot.. he's mainly a trail horse and the one I
use to pony Tush. He's huge enough that when she gets silly she can't budge
him... but he's also very spoiled and I have to put spurs on for him and yes
they do get used!
There's a 9 year old green Saddlebred mare I have been helping with.. but the
owner is hard to work with since he was a Saddlbred trainer.. but he got
kicked in the head and is very thick and slow.. yes.. he does have brain
damage.
She's got some major muscle damage in the rear... she got hung up on one of
those metal posts we used to talk about and it did a far amount of damage.
This one is very tricky.. and I'm about to kiss it off anyway. Getting on her
is like putting a saddle on a fench rail she's so thin.. and she was started
wrong and very opinionated.. so I was re-starting her my way.. but I doubt
the owner has the patience to let me go through things the way I do.. which
is why I'll probably kiss it off.
CJ of course and Tush.. still doing as much as I can with her.

> Hee! Ain't gro@ing up grand! These little ladies sure do gro@ up fast,
> don't they!
Yep.. I was looknig at her from Coffee the other day and I was shocked to see
she's looking like a horse! :)
Heck.. she can put her head in my lap already when I'm on Coffee! She thinks
it's neat to get a rasberry on the nose.. ;)
> Sounds like she's a treasure, Bob. Nothing like good breeding to pay
> off.
Yep... hey chuckle.. remember the conversations we used to have about
breeding CJ and seeing what it would be like to have another CJ that wasn't
abused! ;)
When I get a few bucks I'll get one of those through away camera's..
Heck I had to pop Tush the other day since she's taken up trying to rub on my
leg while I'm on coffee.. didn't phase her a bit! :)
Mom was downright silly under saddle.. but she had just been shod and was
moving funny (as she does when shod).. so it was a light work out..
Chuckle.. CJ knew I was in a foul mood last night since one of the space
cadets decided to have a fight with me last night, she made sure I spent some
time during grooming to get rid of the mood.. ;)
