This module would be part of the stock library image file, wildcat.wcl.  
See the AUP.CHM for info on enabling it, overall, you need to manually 
create the folder:  

   clients\sysop client

then go into access profiles, clients, and toggle the access to this 
client. this will enable the WCN client url

    /client?sysop.wcn

which internally translates to 

    /code/html-sysop.wcx

PS: If you were logged on when you set the access, you have to log off and 
log on again.
