It is the ignorant people who can't see or understand the difference
between Conservatives and Labour who switch back and forth from one
election to the next, often for no better reason that one candidate is bald
and the other is not
or one is more telegenic than the other or one wants to raise taxes and the
other wants to cut them.

The switcher is one who decides on a superficial and mostly self-serving
basis who to vote for. Larger issues, what is best for the largest number,
what is best for the country are ignored both because the switcher thinks
only of himself, but also because he has little understanding of the larger
issues. It is all me, me, me. The switcher is often as easily swayed as any
mindless mob.
