One of the counts the Special Prosecutor brought against WJ
 Clinton was for suborning perjury. The basis was that he told
 his cabinet he did not have a sexual relationship with Monica
 Lewinsky. This inspite of the fact that the cabinet might be
 called to testify.

 That charge was found to be unsuportable.

 I have just read the Republican National Committee talking
 points on the current Karl Rove scandal.

 These are clearly false and deceptive points republicans are
 supposed to make when speaking of Karl Rove and the outing of
 Valerie Plame.

 It is far more likely that some of the republicans who received
 these talking points could be called as witnesses, than anyone
 in the Clinton cabinet. After all, Clinton's cabinet had no
 knowledge of what Clinton was or was not doing. However, it is
 quite likely some of the republicans do have such knowledge in
 this case.

 IOW, the RNC talking points *ARE* subornination of perjury. They
 are criminal, a felony.

 Even if no one called as a witness actually uses them, the very
 fact of presenting them as the explanation for Rove's conduct,
 is enough to make their issue a felony. If anyone uses them,
 then we have overt perjury, and subornation of perjury.
