There are other places to socialize.  Would your school district
encourage this?  Personally, I don't want my son to socialize at school
and sure don't want him to be like the other kids.  I don't want him
to be fitted to the mold.  I want him to be unique, his own independent
self.  That's part of what I love about homeschooled kids.  My son is
in K-1 this year... six years old.
