Hello All!
Have had a Hayes Accura 28.8 running my BBS for about 7 Months now and after 
the 9 state power outtage it may have developed a problem but not sure....ALL 
my 28.8 connects (incomming or outgoing) stall a little bit after 
connecting...20-30 seconds then either resume or terminate the call. If I D/L 
a file or mail it runs fine right up until the buffer hits (1024) then stalls 
with the same result as above. IF it picks up again it will work a bit then 
does it all over again.
I tried lowering the Lock from 38400 to 28800 and raising it to 115xxx with 
no change.
I changed Fossils from X00 to BNU and even changed from DOS to WIN95 with no 
change. Also reset my T & R from 2048 to 1024...
NOTHING changes.
Connects at 14.4 and below seem to be fine...
ATi's look the same...far as I remember.
ANYONE got an idea what is wrong or how I can tell what is wrong?
I run RA 2.50 and FD and the power out took out my entire BBS and HD even 
though the surge protector kicked it off.
