Make sure you have a printer defined!  I had a similar problem with only a 
few fonts and that kinda jazz...but the printer definitions were messed up.  
Once I fixed those up, Office stuff (except excel) fell right in line.  Excel 
was the one product unaffected by this problem.
(MS-Office, it's a suite of products to be consistant, but it's got more 
inconsistancies than school board policy!)
