I really like this program, but have noticed a couple of problems with it.

1.  The windows version doesn't work dependably  (minor nuisance, now that
I've discovered FileZilla)

2.  This is bordering on being a showstopper:  It changes filenames to
lower case in the upload process.

I don't see anything in the docs about case at all.

If I abandon it, what's a good alternative?
