 Hi Ben,
 What modem you using?  I can't get anything better than a slow
 9600 connect on 14k4 & 28k8 BBS'es with my 28k8 modem.  Yet TM-DOS
 gives me fast (3200+cps) 28k8 connects with everything setup the 
 same.
... The simple answers are invariably the least obvious.
