Have you tried running it from a Win-OS/2 full screen session (with Enhanced 
mode)?  I've had several windows grafix programs that wouldn't run without 
full screen mode...
otherwise, I don't know... :)

btw- I guess all your video drivers are installed correctly in Win-OS/2.. but 
anyways... :)
