Hi Dennis,
I answered them-I'm not sure I scathed enough, though.
So far, my battle strategy is capitulation; strangely, in the middle of
the swirling controversy, I received a demand from the IRS to pay up
entirely on a back bill my wife ran up with them.  They WERE accepting
payments, but now they want it all, kinda like what might have happened
in the 60's...
And I'll take any help I can get.  The locals pretty much are given to
helping by telling me this all "sucks".  And that's about it.
