Hi Sue!
I have to agree with you about Novus.  We researched a dozen, or so,
Merchant Account alternatives before contacting Novus.  In short, Novus
was the easiest, least expensive and most flexible account provider we
found.  In the last two years, we have not had any cause to regret
establishing the account with them.
Novus even allowed us to use PC based software (IC Verify) rather than
leasing/purchasing the card swipe terminal.
