At substantially more than what it cost me for the M34F?  Get serious!  ;-)
 I reckon Paul should upgrade two firmware revisions, as (based upon
experiences with Paul's USR and firmware changes over the past few weeks)
that oughtta get 28.8Kbps connections between us quite nicely.

While I'm not totally against the idea that the local lines are stuffed, it
doesn't explain why I can connect at 28.8Kbps to other places, but not
Paul.
