When someone says, "I had a failed connect - he's the log and/or
time" and you can match it with this in your own logs, what's the
problem?  Not perfect, but still possible.

You can still attain accuracy using dates, times and an intelligent
analysis of your logs (eg., did anyone else call before/after, within a
short period of time, etc.).
