Thanks for the confirmation. It's just that I didn't notice similar
behaviour with my Microcom EP (although I was using that fancy parallel
port connection).

Hmm, might retrieve the EP from the shelf and try a parallel port
connection using Win95 (the drivers come with Win95). Just to see what
it's like :-)

Should perhaps get the EP upgraded to v.34 and sell it too :-)
