I used a 3/4 shaft sanding drum and fine grit tubes, came out to almost
exactly the diameter of my solid bull barrel.

The more I think about it, the more I think bedding a ruger 10/22 bull
barrel is unnecessary, there is just not nearly the foce one encounters
in a high power centerfire. Ultimately, I'd like to socket the barrel to
the stock in 3 places, float the action, and mount a scope directly to
the barrel.
DP>shots, I moved onto the targets, and fired the following 10 shot groups:
DP>Remington Target--0.535", with one called flyer, 0.260" for remaining 9

I ran about .5" inches, with really benchresting, I think the potential
to get down to about 1/3" in there.
