encapsulate either the dried/powdered berry powder OR a dried 1:1
concentrate. Recent demands for standardization have led to the gel-capping

I haven't seen powdered berries capsules for several years. I switched from
1:1 powder to 4:1 gelcaps because of the obvious price advantage for the 4X
concentrate.
The ultimate solution to the choice problem is to move to the Atlantic coast
