Willie, you give up too soon. Within the next few days, Clark
Development and I will be running compliance tests on the PCBoard mailer.
Clark says the mailer is now fully FidoNet compliant, and I disagree.
If you know of other mailers which are non-compliant, please get their
names out on the boards. The more I get involved in this, the more I realize
that the current compliance standard of FTS-0001 may well be too restrictive
for today's environment. I have too many instances today of 2400 baud modems
which will not connect to my 14.4 and 28.8 modems, and I frankly don't think
a 300 baud modem, which is all that is needed under FTS-0001 is going to make
the connection.

Get ready for some (lots ?) frustration. As far as local assistance,
Lou Pascazi has (had) an OPUS setup that was reasonably similar to your's.
Lou is still at St. James in Sewickley (741-6650 voice), but I don't know if
he has maintained his OPUS setup.
I assume that Leroy will be participating.
