If worst comes to worst, ask the FCC. Part of the certification process
that got (whoever) the FCC ID requires that they send the FCC a copy of the
manual - the FCC keeps these in their archives.
(I had to hire someone to look up the manual for my video card. It cost
$100+, but I did get it. :\)
