subject: Calculations

Does anyone know how to convert the KWH number (total used in one month) from
a utility bill to a number useful in estimating how much solar power (PV
and/or wind generator) equipment might be needed to replace the same amount
of electricty, or a percentage of the currently used amount?

I had a book that gave all this information but it seems to have been eated
by gremlins, whatever; now I need a "guestimate" by this weekend, no time to
re-order the book.

Thankx
