I have not heard of Novus before, does anyone have their 800 number?
It seems the ones I talk to here in L.A. are hasseling me because 50% or more
of my sales are mail order. I got merchants account maybe 6 years ago, and it
was never this difficult. It seems there are a lot of mail order problems and
they make it hard now. But I'll give Novus a try.
