      Title: Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
 Categories: Desserts
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      4 ea 1 oz squares semi-sweet
           -chocolate
      4 ea 1 oz squares unsweetened
           -chocolate
    1/4 c  Butter
    1/4 c  Light corn syrup
      1 pt Fresh ripe strawberries
 
  Combine chocolates, butter and corn syrup in a one quart saucepan over
  VERY LOW heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  
  Remove pan from heat and beat mixture with a wooden spoon until
  mixture is cooled.
  
  (Makes 1 1/2 cups chocolate coating)
  
  Using two forks, dip strawberries halfway into the chocolate.
  
  Set strawberries on waxed paper to cool.
  
  Refrigerate.
  
  When chocolate has hardened, store strawberries in covered container
  in refrigerator.
