I have sent you any email with the archive attached. I currently running 
hpt/w32-mvcdll 1.9.0-cur 2019-11-24 on a Windows 7 Professional SP1 64bit
system.

I've noticed that HPT is not able to toss these messages, but it does send a
netmail to me indicating a new echo was auto-added. So, I'm not thinking it
is a file access issue...
