Yes, but don't remove + install in mpts. Only CHANGE the nic.

unzip in its own directory. It is not an error to read the 
documentation coming with it!
run "checkini /C" until the WPS gets not rebooted at end.

It does anything you need except cleaning the superflous handles.

\ecs\system\ewps\bin\xfix.exe

It will come up with its handbook. You should read it.
