Oh & BTW if anyone was wondering who the abstentions were:

"Canada, Ivory Coast, Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu
abstained. All the European Union members supported the resolution."


So all those Australia could lean on abstained & there was Canada &
the Ivory Coast.
