      And as one who does NOT use PGP, *I* have NO way to determine what that
jumble of characters says.  Nor do I wish to be bothered finding out.  In my 
opinion, there's is nothing said in a public echo that really needs to be 
proven secure, which is what PGP signing tries to do.  At least not in a tech 
support echo such as this.

      Since, everyone knows, or is supposed to know who the echo moderator

by reading the rules that are autoposted here, I don't see any problem./  And 
that's a moderator's ruling.  :)

      First of all, what new rules?  The file that stores the rules was last
updated last December, over 6 months ago.
      And they aren't declared, they're just in place.  There's is to be NO
discussion of them in the echo.  If you wish to follow this up, feel free to 
use netmail or email.
