When you install netware via os/2 a Nwconfig file is created and is
called Net.cfg, I have it in the root directory  where the config.sys 
file is.

yes this is what I have in the net.cfg file.
Also note int 5  is used inplace of IRQ 5 for the Irq's
I run netware 4.01
