Jane, do you really have to insult people in this manner without knowing
anything at all about the person?  You have no idea whether David is 
confused regarding responsibility and freedom.  You have no idea whether
or not he was educated at a public school.  You have no idea what his 
connections to history and/or social problems are.  You react solely to 
anyone who disagrees with you on the subject of addictive substances.  I
have even seen you actually disagree with what someone else classifies 
as their own experience!
You judge people on one or two posts you have seen...and yes, you have 
only seen one or two posts from David here.  If I were to respond in 
kind, and use your criteria for judgement, I would likely say that you 
are a bitter woman who is addicted to addiction and arguing.
