The only way they can do that is to cut the funding. That's the way your
gov works. They can also apply pressure wrt "holding hearing if we
don't get our way".

Who knows maybe they could appoint a "special prosecutor" for the
President. With orders such as "keep digging till you find
something" mucho like Starr.
