Again another self proclaimed theory being validated by your own opinion.
Where has this been frowned on post Cold War?  Other then you, in whose
opinion. I am sure those killed in Chechnya before the WoT would disagree.
Along with those killed by the Mullahs in Iran.  And many other places in
the world were critics of the regime were killed.  Just because you say it
with authority, doesn't make it so.
