I don't think a few millimeters will hurt anything. I don't know how your
test stand is arranged. Mine has two support pegs for the mirror.
(Not the best for support, but OK for 200 mm diameter. I cut the
bottom of hte masks to the same diameter as the mirror and just set the
mask on the pegs in front of the mirror. With this arrangement, I can
change masks easily without disturbing the mirror position.
