The only way I can think of to do that would be to simply have it redirect 
(ie,
use >wibble.exe) a screen of binary into a file.  That's about it, though.

Hmm.. ansibomb to execute the redirected binary when you press  for
example.. suppose it'd be possible, if you could manage to get the binary 
ext
off the screen and into a file, then execute it somehow.
