try ATI7 if it reports 05BA then yes if its 04BC then you'll need the
hardwre upgrade but being a fairly new modem I should think you can
just flash it. though the 04BC will take the flash it will not accept
the new faster speeds.
BTW use the 1.440-12 before using any of the Beta flashes.
Current Beta flash of this time and date is 1.440-23
