    That generally indicates that your system is either missing the module
Time::Local or it's installed in a non-standard location...

    Which version of Perl do you have installed?  And how do you have it
installed?   Because that module seems to be a 'standard' part of my Perl
installation...  (Perl v5.6.1 on Debian Linux v3)
