Point taken. I deal with my clients on a one on one basis and I don't
usually lose people in my clutter. My office has been referred to as a
black hole... I just need some filing cabinets and a bigger desk (a
little organization wouldn't hurt either!).

I've tried the big desk pad idea before, but what to do with the used
sheets was a problem. I wrote so much info on each sheet that I wanted
to cut the frame off and chuck the inside - that's where all my
important phone numbers ended up. What I'm using now is a simple
program on my computer, but I need something with an alarm system.
I think I might also look at some type of contact manager system so I
can track client activity and who ordered what, when and how much. I
keep paper files that have a tracking sheet in them and they are quite
handy, but maybe a contact manager would be good too and I can do mail
merges more readily.
