I am the guy to blame when our engineers mess up the blueprints and make an
area unaccessable or unsafe due to bad measurements.  I am the reason that
your father gets telephone calls from Disney stating "Were sorry we messed
up the measurements... you need to completely re-do the job".  When they make
a door 23" wide and it should be 36" or 40".... same thing with clearances on
walkways... I catch the mistake.  If they get the blueprints to me on time I
"red pencil" them and they are fixed... if they order the parts or start
construction before they provide the blueprints to me... then I am the one
that orders that the new construction be ripped out or repaired to fit the
proper dimensions or safety concerns (IE remove three steps that were on the
"wheelchair accessable" queue on the MGM movie ride in Florida... after the
ride was ready to open within less than 72 hours).  That is "Disney 
orporate"
for you (at times).
