I am looking for 14.103d.  It should be about the same as 14.104a. 
14.104a fixed a bug introduced in 14.104 and 14.104 was essentially 
the same as 14.103d but included pentium pro support.  As I have no 
pentium pro machines I am wanting to try it out.  14.103b I can find 
but if you look at the readme in 14.104a it says that 14.103b and 
14.103c were both withdrawn (within days) and that 14.103d fixed the 
problem with those.
