There has ALWAYS been good intentions. Unfournately
bbs world is filled with Humans. Diverse humans. So
not everyone agrees on the same thing. Its like NCSSA
and SysopNet and other groups or echos like BBS_PROMOTION
were great ideas. LAsted a short time but nothing got done.
In some cases like NCSSA it was more a ego and board meeeting
than helping. In other cases it was just lack of support.
The great era of helping each other was from 1988-1993. After
that it declined with things like the Flame Wars of ''95 on
in Fido.
