For an american Jew to stay in Israel for the most part requires that he be
a very dedicated religious Jew. Most of those that do so are Orthodox and
many of them settle in the West Bank. Not for nothing that so many of the
settlers speak
excellent English.

I believe there is a program to get them a job and a house in the
settlements with help being given in buying the house. Populating the
Occupied Territories seems to be mostly what Zionism is all about nowadays.
