Butler is the quintessential establishment type. No one thought it at
likely that he would lambaste Blair. Establishment types almost never to
bash sitting PMs.

The report now joins the equally notorious Hutton report. If anything, its logic
is even more mind-numbing. In effect the report criticizes practically
everyone in sight, yet blames no one. The man is daft, a genuine nitwit.
But then that is
typical of so many, many lords.
