It is not a question of proof really. Seldom do you find a smoking gun kind
of thing when dealing with the executive branch. There are too many ways to
hide or
avoid submitting incriminating evidence.

What is required is only preponderant  evidence indicating in this case
lying. There is tons of that evidence already. There can be no doubt Bush
has lied and lied about everything on his agenda, tax cuts, projected
budget deficits, the prescription drug bill and even aid for the battle
against aids internationally in that he promised a certain amount of cash
but has yet to produce it and when Congress wanted to appropriate the
amount he stated he wanted, he pressured Congress to cut the appropriation.

Of course our principle allies are well aware of his lies as is the whole of the
UN. That man has disgraced this country with his constant lying to the world and
to the American people. On top of the lying there is his demonstrated
ignorance and incompetence. The evidence is overwhelming; the man is not
fit to govern. He
makes even Nixon look good by comparison.
