I just happened to stop by in thes echo.  I don't normally read here.  But I
see you need some help with something that I have been using for years.  I
don't have a publicly available BBS either.

If you know how to FREQ, just send a request to this node for "mfreq".  It's a
set of utilities originally written by a fellow from your part of Fidonet,
Markus Reschke 2:240/1661 (who unfortunately left Fido earlier this year).  If
you can't FREQ, just send me a netmail and I'll drop it off to you.
