    How is everything going? We have been building a New Zealand fence around
our 5 acres. Boy, did I under estimate THAT job! I hope I can get it done
before Early Buck season starts:)  We have a rock farm over here.Even with
a tractor mounted auger it is hard to get a hole in the ground without a lot
of hand digging and picking. We tried a Pounder but we couldn't get the
posts to go in straight.Oh well, I will keep working at it and it will get
done. I took Walker on a 4 hr trail ride a couple weekends ago. The only
problem I seem to have with him is he likes to walk real fast which isn't
really a problem unless I have a slow horse in front of me. When I was in
front, Netty (The other horse) had to trot most of the time to keep up.
    We went riding behind Silver Lake. It's real close to home and there is
unlimited riding. All of the logging roads are gated and no motorized
vehicles are allowed. My neighbor has been riding in there for 12 years
and is showing me around. There are many trails to go on also. Ted told
me that you can get to White Pass from there if you know which trails &
logging roads to take. Boy, THAT would be fun!
