   Is it available only by prescription?
   Did a doctor or pharmacist suggest avoiding certain foods or medicines
    while you were taking melatonin?
   I'm also interested in knowing how long it has been on the market in
    the U.S., and how much pre-dispensation testing was undertaken by,
    say, the FDA.  Would you know anything about that?
