Iran has no incentive to cooperate with Bush after Bush so stupidly
included it in his "axis of evil." The same happened with N.
Korea. The working relationship
Clinton had established was junked, especially after Bush announced that he
doesn't negotiate with Communists because they can't be trusted. Of course
as always with Bush he is now desperately negotiating with them after every
other country in the region told him they would not assist at all unless he
changed his tune.

God, but that man is unbelievably dumb.
