Another thing I just discovered: the first reply that I received from a
tech rep seems to be a canned response and not even from a human, although
it was signed with an actual name, Karen.  I know this now because I wrote
another message to the tech support specifically requesting the location of
the Time/Local.pm module and I got the EXACT same message I received the
first time, only this time it was signed by Tom.

Sheesh.
